COORS LIGHT CORNER - HOSPITALITY
Exchange tickets for wristbands at entrance, monitor crowds in chalets, hand out coupons, provide assistance to attendees as necessary at the 17th hole.
Communicate names of practicing pros to spectators via signage
GREENSIDE SCORING/PACK RUNNERS
Check out and in equipment to walking scorers as well as train them on use of equipment that record and transmit scores to scoring central. Also repairs or replaces equipment on the course during tournament. Volunteers work directly with the PGA TOUR staff.
Gallery control, spotting.
Monday - Sunday. Assist media. Shifts begin and end later in the day.
PGA TOUR PLAYER DINING
Monday - Sunday, excluding Wednesday.. Assist in player dining..
Wednesday, June 22. Communicate scores to Scoring Central OR assist in other areas, i.e. cart turnaround, set up of volunteer tent. set up of 17th Hospitality ares.
Transport scorecards to Scoring Central and PGA TOUR truck via cart.
Walk 18 holes with pros, post scores on signage. No registration fee required.
Mandatory training session for new standard bearers on Sunday, June 19.
Wednesday - Sunday. Transport pros, volunteers and VIPS. Three shifts daily. Must be 21 or older.
Mandatory meeting on Thursday June 16 at 6:00pm at Crestview Country Club.
Walk and score 18 holes with group of PGA Tour pros. Mandatory training session for new walking scorers on Sunday, June 19.
*All areas operate from Thursday through Sunday unless noted.
*Volunteer Playday will take place on Monday, August 1 at Crestview Country Club. Volunteers must work 3 shifts to qualify for Volunteer Playday.
